Perfumer
Dedicated, high in modern perfumery technology, in sync with Global trends of the fragrance industry to lead the team of perfumers, to assure timely brief submissions to full satisfaction of our customers thus maximizing our chances to win.
Core Responsibilities
· According to assigned client briefs, develop various versions for fragrance formulas, in the different formats requested, and reach key performance criterias.
· As a technical, problem-solving perfumer, support perfumers, application and evaluation teams in giving solutions with regards to stability, performance, quality, and any other potential technical issues.
· Work on the projects as assigned by evaluation, supporting the creative and technical perfumery teams.
· Proactively work on studies of current and new raw materials focusing on improvements to performance and olfactive construction that enable us to remain competitive against new ingredients solutions from competition.
Requirements-
· Minimum 15 to 20 years experience as a Perfumer
· Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, cosmetics or related field preferred.
· Experience in analytical equipments and interpretation of data such as GC and GCMS
· Ability to keep current of industry regulations (RIFM, IFRA, REACH etc)
· Good in communication and skills to lead team
· Flexible and ability to work under tight deadlines
