CHEF DE PARTIE (Western Cuisine Hot Kitchen)
We are urgently looking for a Chef de Partie (Section Head) with experience in western cuisine, to join the Culinary team who will be responsible for the Bulk Food Production to High-End Corporate Client in Dubai
The project is a Corporate Catering, Workplace-Cafe and Cloud Kitchen concept looking to hire the best of the best, catering to the UAE’s finest minds.
Job Summary
Assists the Head Chef in overall success of the daily kitchen operations.
Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions.
Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.
Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports.
Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
Requirements
Five or more years of experience in Hot kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, , and expediter
At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity as a Chef de Partie of a Restaurant
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
In depth understanding in health and safety protocols (HACCP guidelines)
Degree or Diploma in Culinary (preferred)
