Aqar Landscape, a leading landscaping company in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated Estimation Engineer to join our growing team.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of landscaping projects. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure a thorough understanding of project scope and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscaping projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential cost risks and opportunities.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on material and labor costs.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure cost estimates are aligned with project goals.
Manage and track project budgets.
Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient estimating processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from a reputable university.
4-5 years of experience in the landscaping industry in the UAE.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with estimating software (a plus).
