We have an urgent opening for Sr Condition Monitoring Engineer.
Job Location – Abu Dhabi.

Reliability Engineering
Ø Conducting site visits and arrange meetings with the site manager to collect necessary information and data.
Ø Commission, install and check field instrumentation before performing the task.
Ø Perform Vibration analysis, Infrared Thermography, ultrasonic acoustic emission test, field balancing and other tests to collect conditioning monitoring data.
Ø Conduct vibration analysis and thermography analysis from the data collected, to understand the health of the machinery
Ø Investigate failures of plant facilities and equipment to identify causes
Ø Provide Reliability Centered Maintenance (RMC) strategies for companies
Ø Prepare and communicate reports on causes of breakdown, condition of the machinery, recommendation and suggestions
Ø Respond to customers’ questions relating to conditioning based maintenance (CBM)
Sales Development
Ø Creating and maintain contacts with top manufactures of reliability products
Ø Acquire demonstration units from each manufacturer to present it to the client for their satisfaction & for better business output
Ø Oversee the present and future development of reliability division
Ø Searching for potential clients in the market related to Reliability Engineering product sales/Services
Ø Planning/coordination with the new & existing clients for meeting & demonstration of our available Reliability products.
Ø Maintaining/updating the customer database on regular basis.
Ø Sent inquires to TECHNOMAX concerns department for further action
Support
Ø Support other teams of when required
Qualification: B-TECH MECHANICAL or mechanics related field
Experience: 3 – 10 years
Knowledge & Skills:
Ø MS Office
Ø Designing software such as AutoCAD
Ø Vibration Analyst Level III
Ø Infrared Thermography Level III,
Ø Ultrasound Analysis Level II
Ø Laser Alignment
Ø Field Balancing
Ø RCFA
Ø CMRP
Ø CRL
