Real Estate Sales Manager (Russian Speaker)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager who is fluent in Russian to lead our sales team. As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a smooth transaction process
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
Attend open houses and property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
Negotiate and prepare contracts and other legal documents
Keep up-to-date with market trends, prices, and new property listings
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
Fluent in Russian and English
Proven track record as a successful real estate sales manager
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of the local real estate market
Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license
