We have a job opening for the position of Waitress and are actively seeking candidates preferably those who are on a visit visa and can join immediately

Responsibilities for this role include:

Greeting and Seating Customers: As a waitress, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, and providing any necessary assistance.
Taking Orders: Waitresses are responsible for accurately and efficiently taking food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.
Serving Food and Beverages: Once the orders are prepared, you will serve the food and drinks to the customers, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
Providing Recommendations: Being knowledgeable about the menu and being able to provide recommendations to customers is important. This includes informing customers about daily specials, and ingredients, and accommodating dietary restrictions.
Upselling and Suggestive Selling: A good waitress can effectively upsell items such as desserts, appetizers, or specialty drinks, and engage in suggestive selling to enhance the overall dining experience.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Waitresses are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in their assigned sections, including resetting tables, cleaning spills, and ensuring a neat appearance of the dining area.
Handling Payments: Processing payments accurately and efficiently is an essential duty of a waitress. This includes operating the cash register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts.
Resolving Customer Issues: Occasionally, customers may have complaints or concerns. Waitresses should be able to address these issues promptly and professionally, working to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with the Team: Waitresses often work as part of a team, coordinating with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations: Waitresses should be familiar with health and safety regulations related to food handling, cleanliness, and hygiene to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Requirements:

Proficiency in the English language is essential.
