We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in hotel room operations. As the Hotel Rooms Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful and comfortable stay.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel room operations, including reservations, guest check-in/check-out, and room assignments.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are well-maintained and prepared for guest arrivals.
Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any guest inquiries, requests, or concerns.
Stay updated with industry trends and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Utilize your knowledge of online booking engines to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel room operations, preferably in a similar role.
Proven knowledge and proficiency in online booking engines is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
