We are looking for an experienced Investment Analyst who will be responsible to undertake investment analysis, investment monitoring and reporting processes with a focus on real estate investments.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Analyse and assess financial and operational viability of potential investment opportunities
· Examine and assess macroeconomic market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements
· Financial modelling, forecasting and valuation
· Undertake research in real estate markets
· Prepare reports, presentations and investor pitch documents
Requirements
This opportunity would be suitable for an experienced (2 – 3 years) professional at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm or specialist real asset advisory firm
Experience in financial modelling and analysis, valuation and asset management
Ability to analyse complex data and present, consider and recommend solutions to all relevant stakeholders
Should have a an MBA from a top-tier university or CFA qualification
Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and analytically
High professional integrity, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
Must be in the UAE currently
