Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date property information and insights.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including lead generation, property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals to foster long-term partnerships.
Utilize our cutting-edge PropTech platform to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions and ensure compliance at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Property Consultant or a similar role in the real estate industry in Dubai.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, property regulations, and market trends.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and closing deals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
Familiarity with PropTech platforms and tools is preferred.
