RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate Prospects through networking, calls and referrals.
Archive targets and build a database, pipeline of deals.
Actively be involved in the sales of residential/commercial properties.
Be update on the current property market.
Obtain properties through Landlords and build rapport.
Provide guidance and assist the landlord and tenant regarding property.
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Intermediate negotiation processes, assist clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages.
Follow up owners and clients on property status/availability.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 years experience in Dubai- Real Estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of closing deals.
Fluency in English must.
Proactive and confident.
Ability to work under pressure.
Able to bounce back from rejection and solve problems professionally.
Well organized and detail-oriented.
Goal driven and self-motivated.
Able to go beyond expectations.
Valid UAE driving license.
Russian, Europian nationality preference.
