Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated individual as a “Tele Caller” to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, making cold calls, and booking meetings for our financial advisors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

Generate new leads by researching potential clients and identifying key decision-makers.
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate interest in our financial services.
Qualify prospects and set appointments for financial advisors to meet with clients.
Follow up on leads and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in the company database.
Collaborate with team members to ensure targets are met.
Continuously develop knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate them to potential clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tele caller, Tele marketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department
Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
