A Visionary and modern Real Estate Firm is looking for a passionate Real Estate Agent, in a commission-only role to carry out various real estate duties in Dubai and to establish a strong network of connections within the industry.
Your responsibilities:
Source new listings while assisting sellers in promoting their properties.
Use of CRM system in order to maintain clients’ data, documents, and listings up to date.
Asses clients’ desires, goals, and economic capabilities in order to advise according to market conditions.
Stay updated and assist clients regarding legal guidelines and procedures, according to RERA common practices and current requirements.
Represent your client in the best professional way possible towards the desired goal.
Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
Be knowledgeable of the Real Estate market in general and in particular of assets discussed with clients.
Prepare and coordinate all relevant documents involved in transactions (contracts, NOC’s, EOI’s, Sales Offer, Booking forms, Bank approvals, etc).
Attend Property transfers at Trustee Offices or developer’s office, when applicable.
Manage and regularly update listings of properties for sale and rent.
About You:
Based in Dubai
At least 1-year experience in Dubai real estate is required. A successful sales record will be advantageous.
Own mobility: personal car or other.
RERA license will be a plus.
Trustworthy and results-driven.
Self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Real Estate CRM knowledge is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communicational skills.
Responsible and ethical.
Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
