Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients buy, sell, Off Plan and rent properties and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their property needs and preferences
Show properties and provide information on the local real estate market
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the buying or selling process
Build and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate industry
Continuously stay up-to-date on local market trends and industry developments
Requirements:
Dubai Real Estate license ( RERA Card ) Dubai ( Optioanl )
Driving License of UAE. ( Optional )
Proven track record of success in real estate or in sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive and professional attitude
Tech-savvy with experience using real estate software and tools
