A leading Travel Company is currently seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Hajj Umrah Consultants / KSA Experts to join their team. As an Umrah Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting and guiding our clients in planning and organizing their Umrah journeys. Responsibilities
Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding Umrah procedures, requirements, and logistics.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate travel packages, accommodation, transportation, and other related services based on their preferences and budget.
Offer guidance on obtaining necessary travel documents, visas, and vaccinations required for Umrah.
Coordinate and book flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel arrangements for clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations, guidelines, and changes related to Umrah travel and communicate them effectively to clients.
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues that may arise during the booking process or while clients are on their Umrah journey.
Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and payments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support when needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, hotels, and other service providers.
Continuously update your knowledge of Umrah rituals, destinations, and attractions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Umrah Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry is highly preferred.
Deep knowledge and understanding of Umrah rituals, procedures, and associated travel logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRS systems (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo), online platforms, and office software.
Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety guidelines related to Umrah travel.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory. Native Arabic Speakers will be preferred.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including working evenings and weekends when necessary.
