We are looking for detail-oriented Reservation Executive [with Hotel and Tours Experienced] to make contract with Hotels, manage it and to assist our customers with their booking needs.
Holiday / Travel Consultant / Reservation Executive Responsibilities:
1. Responding to email inquiries about our company’s services and offerings.
2. Determining each client’s requirements, including destinations, length of stay, and transit time.
3. Ascertaining and adhering to the available company budget.
4. Selecting the most appropriate transport based on the available finances, requisite departure and arrival times, and preferred duration of transit.
5. Securing accommodation that is best suited to the budget and location of choice.
6. Planning excursions based on each client’s needs and interests.
7. Accounting for mobility and medical needs during each phase of the trip planning process.
8. Plan and organize travels
9. Build and maintain relationships with clients
10. Processes reservations by Email & B2B platform.
Processes reservations, especially from the Travel and Tourism Industry.
Knows the rates, and communicates with the supplier for updated rates.
Communicates reservation information to suppliers.
Check availabilities of tickets & excursions.
Makes sure that bookings are kept up to date to the system.
Qualifications
1. College Graduate.
Experience working in Hotel sales or travel industries.
Customer-service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
Data entry experience.
Flexible working hours.
You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.
As a Reservation Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.
Salary: 3000 AED to 5000 AED (Plus commission)
