Aqua Leader pool

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the guests and the employees has adequate support.

Responsibilities

Welcome all visitors to the premises by greeting and welcoming them as they enter, assist them appropriately and offer refreshments.
Monitor and ensure the customers are comfortable throughout the time they spent in our premises.
Answer all phone calls, WhatsApp massages and make bookings.
Review the generic email inbox daily and respond as required.
Receive payments and operate POS.
Monitor and audit the opening and closing of the premises. Ensure it is safely and timely carried out.
Organize the work schedule of trainers/spa/cleaners ensuring the pool timings are covered.
Assign duties and conduct random inspections to ensure the work efficiency and provide adequate trainings as and when required to the trainers/spa/cleaners.
Monitor the work schedule of trainers in coordination with the manager and ensure work efficiency.
Ensure the periodic maintenance of the pool premise in coordination with Manager and external vendors & property management.
Regularly inspect the workplace to ensure the safety of employee working environment.
Monitor employee attendance, tardiness and dress code policy compliance on daily basis and report to Manager.
Monitor guests birthdays, create birthday greetings and timely send out.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing the tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field
Proven work experience in UAE as an Administrator for a minimum of 1 year.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong analytical and time-management skills
Excellent multitasking and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in English
