We are looking for a Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years CAR RENTAL dubai experience.
– Provide excellent customer service in completing car rental contracts offering additional coverage’s and upgrades to meet customer needs.
– Coordinating with drivers for on time delivery and collection of vehicles. Ensuring vehicle checklists are filled properly and new damages are shown to clients at the time of the vehicle collection.
– Update RTA TARS system on timely basis and without any errors/mistakes.
– Assist in handling upset customers, conflicts and challenging situations.
– Actively managed vehicle maintenance, cash receipts and daily business reports.
– Update rental agreement files, notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and enquire on expected date of return and process rental.
– Collect on time payments for extended contracts, traffic fines and damages.
– Became the “go-to” person for agents both new and established for problem resolution and spokesperson to management.
– Coordinate Service Appointment with renters and Liaise with workshop on repair and maintenance schedule.
– Confer with company management to develop method and procedure to increase sales.
– Schedule on time vehicles annual renewal with RTA.
– Coordinate with accounts team for on time clients deposit release and supplier’s payments.
– All other work for the smooth operations of rental activities.

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
