Sales & Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and managing, motivating, and expanding both our sales and operations team.

He/she will be responsible for projecting sales and setting sales targets.

Caspaiou is a growing company and, therefore, the Sales & Operations manager will be improving the company’s efficiency by scrutinizing existing processes and implementing new ones.

He/she will support operational leadership in a variety of departments including logistics, procurement, human resources, marketing, and finance.

The Sales & Operations Manager will be managing excellent customer care and quality in general and will be creating and maintaining budgets.

He/she will be based in, and will be responsible for the management of our 600 sq/m showroom.

Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
Build and maintain relations with key and prospective clients.
Motivating, mentoring and training team members.
Good knowledge of different business functions.
Understanding of budgeting and financial management.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
An interest in interior design.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to be a strong team player who respects the views and opinions of others and can make positive contributions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work towards deadlines.
Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
Flexibility to operate in a dynamic environment with a positive approach to problem solving.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive nature with strong analytical skills.

Language required: English

Education: Master’s degree in business administration or similar relevant field.

Work experience: 10+ years of experience in Sales and Operations Management, preferably in the interior design industry.
