Looking to hire an HR – Operations Manager for one of our startup company in Dubai, UAE.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Operations Managers (or HR-Managers) oversee all the operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments. This person will be highly skilled in human resources, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the company.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– Setting up initial resources and accommodation in the designated city/ country.
– Hiring, managing, and admitting Technical employees from other countries if required.
– Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
– Maintaining constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
– Processing and analyzing all internal expenses to ensure all activities are on time and within budget.
– Conducting reviews and reporting cost plans to upper management.
– Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
– Work with the board of directors to determine the mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– +5 years of working experience in Dubai, UAE.
– +3 years of experience in an operational management role.
– Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
– Good sense of labour market and current best practices.
– Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
– Working knowledge of business productivity measurement.
– Working knowledge of management software such as HRIS, Payroll, etc.
– Organizational and leadership skills.
– Pro-active, adaptive, and flexible mindset.
PREFER TO HAVE
– Candidates with experience hiring Technical Employees
– Candidates with experience with startup companies and/or IT companies
– HR experience in IT company : outsource/ offshore companies
– Living experience and strong knowledge in Dubai
