We are seeking for very detail-oriented and highly efficient Interior Designer who can undertake design projects from concept to completion to be part of our team.
Responsibilities
1- Work closely with senior designers, project managers, senior drafters and visualizers on various client projects.
2- Provides conceptual design, design development and production drawings of interior projects.
3- Utilize knowledge of residential furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, colour selections, and ID specifications.
4- Coordinate project teams in the progress of architectural design and construction drawings, interior design drawings, schedules, and project reports.
5- Develop technical specifications and drawings for the project concept.
6- Produces space plans, furniture plans, and elevations, detailed specifications (Spot detailing & section drawings).
7- Produce moodboard, material and design presentations independently and present to a client
8- Work independently to perform assignments including, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation
9- Excellent time management, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
10- Participate in internal and consultant meetings
Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in high-end Residential/ Commercial Interior Design in UAE required
-Minimum bachelor’s in interior design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.
-Working knowledge of AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch-up required
-Must be fluent in English
-Communication and presentation skills
-UAE Driving License (preferred)
