Cloisall Co L.L.C offers the opportunity for a talented professional with claims, cost and schedule experience to join the office team in partnering with project teams to resolve varied and challenging problems. The position is well suited for someone who likes working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and that can leverage strong organizational skills to prioritize and tackle the challenges facing our project teams. This position also requires relocation to project sites when needed to develop claim support.

Responsibilities

Appropriate reporting/documenting of files with recommendations on reserving, plan of action, and current evaluation as required.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, evaluate claim exposures .
Coordination with Company management and projects team to assess and develop defensible cost and schedule impact claims, including taking the lead in gathering and development of support for claims
Assist in developing claim strategy, with particular focus on developing cost and schedule impacts to support project claims
Drafting reports, presentations and other supporting claim documentation reflecting cost and schedule impacts
Working with project teams to develop auditable and defensible claims
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Strong technical and analytical skills
Able to correspond effectively and professionally with internal management and external customers/partners.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Current expertise with claim handling, coverage analysis, contract interpretation, investigation, time and cost analysis, and negotiation strategies
5+ years claims experience with a high degree of technical experience, claims handling practices, an in-depth knowledge of claims coverage, contract analysis and litigation management.
Excels in performing cost and schedule analysis, including delay, prolongation and extension, disruption and loss of productivity.
Construction Defect claims handling experience required.
Current and in-depth knowledge of specialized claim resolution, legal issues, civil procedures, loss compensation values, principles of investigation, adjustment documentation and evaluation of cases to determine effective course of action.
Communicates and builds trust effectively with team, as well as projects leadership
knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
