Job Role
Main expectation will be to proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone and persuade them to purchase the products that our client offers.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and understand the customer’s needs to recommend the right products or services.
Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment, able to handle objections, and possess strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
Job Accountabilities
Guarantee the achievement of quarterly inside sales targets.
Fulfill lead generation activity aimed to increase the customer base
Manage outbound calls inbound calls to generate new business opportunities
Support our sales force on the field scheduling visits
Manage and nurture the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date
Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments
checking the customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable
Qualification/Experience/Skills
High School certificate is mandatory
1+ years’ experience in tele sales or another sales/customer service role
Excellent (phone) sales techniques and communication, interpersonal skills
Teamwork in sales-oriented environments
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints and doubts
Long term customer relationship approach
Ability to identify process improvements
Fluent in English/Arab/Hindi
Interest and passion for technology evolution and innovation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Compensation and Visa Status
Monthly Salary is AED 2,000 + incentives
Preference will be given to candidates with sponsored visas. If no suitable candidates with sponsored visas are found, we will provide an employment visa.
