About the role

We are hiring the first team member of the sales team! We are looking for a self-motivated and well-spoken Sales Representative. 1 to 3 years of experience will be enough we care more about your attitude, interests, and potential!

You will work closely with Marc, Founder & CEO, to become an expert in our industry and identify and connect with cold leads, communicate with leads, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process

Responsibilities

Identifying potential Leads and customers who will be able to buy our solution, and direct them to the appropriate internal teams
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Liaise with different internal stakeholders to improve the client’s journey
Researching and qualifying new leads
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Weekly introductions approx. 60
Contact potential customers over the phone/email/WhatsApp
Maintain accurate records of calls including helpful information from the customers
Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email
Keeping up with the solution information and updates. Staying informed about competing products and services.
Track and report on lead progress using the CRM system in place
Big plus if you know your way into Salesforce

What should you bring?

2+ Previous experience in an outbound capacity or a related sales position is preferred
English proficiency – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong listening and sales skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Entrepreneurial attitude!
Problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Honesty and transparency
Strong interest in AI and deep neural networks
BIG PLUS if you come from “Safety & Security” industry
Hiring Process

First Interview with Sofia, Head of Talent & People Ops
Second Interview with our Partners Joshua – video call & role playing
The third interview will be with Marc, Founder & CEO of Own experience
Final team meeting with team members Gonzalo and Miguel
⚖️ Final internal step – Hiring committee: We discuss internally which candidate will be the best fit based on the previous interactions and then we communicate the final decision to all candidates asap.
