Job Summary:
Desert Bulls Real Estate is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for real estate, a proven track record of sales, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai
Provide guidance and assist clients with the process of buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct property viewings with clients and follow up with potential buyers or renters
Maintain and update property listings on various online portals and our website
Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate contracts on their behalf
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help generate new leads and opportunities
Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
Attend networking events and other industry functions to build relationships and expand the company’s reach
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
UAE driver’s license and car
Proven track record of sales in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients
Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations
Familiarity with online real estate portals and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
