We are a home health care organization looking for an experienced and compassionate DHA licensed nurse to join our team. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing patient health and wellbeing, and developing and implementing care plans
Administering medication, treatments, and injections as prescribed
Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
Collaborating with healthcare providers, including doctors and physiotherapists, to ensure the best possible patient care
Providing education and support to patients and their families on managing their health and wellbeing
Requirements:
DHA licensed nurse
2 years of experience in a home health care is preferable
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of current nursing practices and medical procedures
Ability to provide high-quality care in a patient-centered manner
