The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented Estimator to join our growing team. You’ll play a vital role in project success by preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with stakeholders, and securing cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documents to create precise cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to gather essential information.
Conduct in-depth material and labor cost analysis for competitive and profitable bids.
Develop detailed, itemized cost breakdowns with quantities, unit costs, and total project costs.
Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to achieve cost-efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date estimates as project requirements evolve.
Coordinate with procurement and scheduling teams for seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in UAE interior fitout and renovation projects
Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and costs
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
