Senior Estimator with Fitout and Joinery Experience required for a Fit out and Interiors Company in Dubai , UAE
Roles:
Passionate and Ambitious estimator with 5-6 years of UAE Experience who can efficiently perform
· All stages of an estimate including: project selection, estimate organization, take-off, pricing, review and closeout.
· Communicate project progress/status with Management.
· Prepare, analyse and maintain accurate quantities and thorough take offs from plans.
Manage and co-ordinate construction projects.
Estimate the cost of materials, time, labour, and equipment for construction projects, using contract bids, quotations, drawings and specifications
Decide how the tendering procedure will work, recommend tenders and conduct negotiations.
Keep track of the project’s costs and budget
Work with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors
Estimating costs for structural, electrical or mechanical construction projects
Have a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of construction and construction methods.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
Use computer spreadsheets and databases as well as estimating, take-off, and scheduling software.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering, construction management, or an equivalent degree.
Extensive experience as an estimator in the construction field.
Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Brilliant management and negotiation skills.
Sales experience in UAE market, not less than 5 years.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong command over English language, for both verbal and written communications
