Job description of Application Technologist
To work on projects for customers, to make tests with ingredients for different applications.
Preparing for presentations for the customers.
During customers visit to UAE office responsible for preparing materials, tools and coffee breaks.
Providing technological support to the customers about proper usage of Fromatech ingredients.
Sending samples for and to customers.
Record the incoming samples and take care of the follow-up with the concerning departments.
The preparation of business trips and customer visits (preparation of samples, information materials and other separate instructions related to this).
Preparing and participating in Trade fairs.
To coordinate keeping office and application lab clean and nice and control of availability tools and raw materials.
Job requirements
Professionally qualified food technologist with hands on work experience with meat, confectionary, bakery, beverage, snacks, dairy, culinary and other processed food products.
Strong communication & product development skills;
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience in the Food and/or Flavour industry is a must;
Work independently and taking initiatives.
