Award-winning Harbor Real Estate is looking for a courageous and hardworking Marketing Manager who can deliver our hard-to-believe vision and customer-centric mission.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies that target specific audiences, such as tenants, brokers, investors, and employees.
Drive market activity and connectivity by building and running campaigns like email campaigns, social media, apps for properties, and websites.
Responsible for managing the marketing team, and budget, and ensuring that all marketing programs and marketing strategies are successful, measurable, and goal-oriented.
Promote our company at events, represent the company as a thought leader/brand ambassador, and gather leaders and intelligence while exposing our company to the wider industry.
Developing and implementing a marketing and media budget, managing all digital assets (such as the website and social media), as well as media partnerships, and ensuring all elements are met.
Plan and implement an effective social media campaign
Developing effective relationships with local and national media to ensure wide coverage
Make sure the client’s and partners’ desired objectives are achieved through close collaboration
Ensure all promotional materials, collateral, etc. are in place by partnering with the creative department.
Collaborate closely with the internal communication team of clients
Establish formal speaking engagements, prepare talking points, and coordinate with the client’s executive teams
Provide limited supervision to perform assigned tasks, including task coordination and project implementation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Marketing
5-6 years of experience preferably in the Real Estate sector.
An in-depth understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Competency and knowledge of budget management. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
Professional judgment and discretion
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
