Role – Performance Management Consultant /Project Manager
Responsibilities
Handling Performance Management projects in different industries NBFC, Retail, Trading, Manufacturing, IT, Service Industry etc.
Process Improvement and Transformation.
Analyzing the current HR mechanism and identifying the GAP.
Develop Organization Structure, JD, KRA, KPI’s and implementation.
Implementation of SOPs, HR policies, Performance Matrix, etc.
Qualifications
Master’s degree 6+ years in Human Resources/Business Consulting/ Management Consulting/Sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing skills and problem solving skills.
Experience in Core HR/HR operations/Consulting/Business Development/Sales are preferred.
Preferring UAE experience in HR or Consulting or Sales.
Location – Dubai, UAE, Work from Office
