Sales Coordinator Lady

The Sales Coordinator reporting directly to the Sales Manager, in the day to day activities will assist the Sales Team to identify opportunities and provide solutions to meet customer requirements and project tenders. Conduct competitive product / pricing analysis and market research evaluating sales performance, and formulating and reviewing strategic long rang plans, goals, and objective for specific product areas, country activities and brand requirements.

Responsibilities also include handling special price requests for dealers and other queries related to delivery status, technical details, warranty etc. for sales team. Dealing and obtaining quotations from local vendors for the relevant Electro-Mechanical accessories like tank, cable, electrical panel, etc.

Responsible for making and reviewing the special RFQs; technical specifications; engineering drawings; data sheets and project check lists. Coordinate with RPPM and local vendors for formal proposal within reasonable time scale. Plays a joint support role with the sales team in the tender process including engineering and sourcing of BOM and services as and when required.

Requirements:

– Bachelors Degree with good knowledge and working experience of power generating sets, a

– 2-3 Years in sales experience is preferred

Job-Specific Skills:

– Have excellent technical knowledge of electrical power generating systems and should know the selection criteria for generating set.

– Design knowledge of ventilation system, exhaust system, attenuation system, fuel system, attenuation system, switchgear system, protection system, external communication system etc. for building a generating set room/ power plant.

– Able to gather information of competitors, market research and comparative analysis.
