Job Description -Prefer Mandarin speakers + Manage incoming emails & calls. .
Identify & assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. – Build sustainable relationships & trust with customers through open and interactive communication. – Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a given time frame. – Engage with customers professionally in order to achieve customer satisfaction. – Follow up to ensure resolution on complaints. .
Qualifications – Must speak /type/listen fluent Mandarin, English is plus » Good knowledge in computer skills – Visa, medical insurance, fly tickets, dorm, meals and transportation provided by the company Basic salary from: 5,500 – 6,500 AED
