We are currently seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our dynamic team. This position requires immediate joining, and we prefer candidates who possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for lead generation and Telecalling activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services and generating leads.
Engage in effective and persuasive conversations with prospects to schedule appointments or arrange follow-up calls.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria provided by the company.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, such as email campaigns, events, and social media.
Maintain a database of potential clients and update it with accurate information regularly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Provide detailed and timely reports on call outcomes, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Handle objections and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights during customer interactions.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to clients over the phone.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar role, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with potential clients and effectively communicate key selling points.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into appointments.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle objections and difficult conversations.
The goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage lead data effectively.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
