Remuneration and benefits
· Net Monthly Basic Salary: AED 12,500 (£2,798.84 approx.)
· Monthly Transportation Allowance: AED 500 (£111.00 approx.)
· Monthly Live Out Allowance: AED 5,000 (£1,110.00 approx.)
· If hired from outside UAE and upon arrival to the country, candidate will be accommodated in the hotel for a limited period of time till securing own house outside
· Monthly Service Charge: varies according to business level but average of AED 400
· Mobile: provided by the Hotel with SIM card
· F&B Incentive Scheme
· Working Hours per week: 48 hours, 5 days a week
· Flight Entitlement: Annual economy class flight ticket allowance to home city destination
· Medical Benefits: Provided health insurance as per company policy
· Annual Leave: 22 working days per year
· Gratuity Accruals: Effective upon completion of first year of service, 21 days salary for each completed year

Essential Functions
· Supervise the entire operation of the kitchen, delegate responsibilities to the team members effectively.
· Ensure that the performance and appearance of the team is up to the standards set by the hotel.
· Responsible for maintaining the gross profit set by the hotel.
· To set up control systems to assure quality and portion consistency.
· To check that food cost remains at the level set by the management.
· Menu planning
· Responsible food preparation, hiring, hygiene and cleanliness
· Conduct ongoing training of the staff.
· Check on kitchen equipment and issue orders for maintenance or repairs when necessary. Inspect storerooms, refrigerators, washing areas and receiving areas constantly. Involved in the actual/budgeted food sales figures and be involved in the annual budget.
· Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational / environmental procedures in the resort.
· To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.
· To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues
· To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve your personal performance.
· To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.
· To maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.
· To contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Hotel.
· To actively promote the services and facilities of the Hotel to guests and suppliers of the Hotel.
· To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.
Other duties
· Assimilate into The Hilton Family PRIDE/CARE culture through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of PRIDE/CARE. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.
· SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
· The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job:
· Culinary Degree preferred
· Experience in 5-star hotel operations or equivalent stand-alone restaurant operations preferred
· Good background on classic and contemporary cuisine
· Good team leader and motivated
· Creative and aware of new food trends
· Experience working with Spanish cuisine essential
· Hands on personality
· Flexible to adjust to local working environment
· Good team player
· Fluent in Spanish preferred
