Role Overview:
As a Short Position Trader at KNAPEX Crypto Trading Firm, you will be a key player in shaping our short-selling strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and execute profitable short positions in the cryptocurrency market while effectively managing associated risks. Your ability to capitalize on market downturns will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
Short Position Strategy: Develop and implement short-selling strategies for cryptocurrency assets with a focus on capitalizing on market downturns and bearish trends.
Technical Analysis: Utilize advanced technical analysis tools, including Smart Money Technology, the Fibonacci Grid, Elliott Waves, and Pennant Patterns, to identify short-selling opportunities.
Risk Management: Implement robust risk management techniques to protect the firm’s capital and minimize potential losses.
Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor market trends, news, and events affecting cryptocurrency prices to make timely and informed trading decisions.
Adaptability: Collaborate with the team to refine short-selling strategies and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
Requirements:
Proven Short-Selling Experience: Demonstrated success as a Short Position Trader with a track record of profitable short-selling in cryptocurrency markets.
Market Expertise: Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and short-selling strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in advanced technical analysis tools and indicators relevant to short-selling.
Risk Management Skills: Excellent risk management skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to protect capital.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to capitalize on market downturns.
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Language Skills: Professional-level English language skills.
