SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE

We, at TelcoVas are actively seeking for a young, dynamic and hardworking individual to join us as a Sales and Marketing Associate on an immediate basis. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you must bring in the expertise to prospect, positively position our products and services, seek new clientèle, up-sell current customer database, negotiate and close deals. You will be responsible for developing and executing our organizational sales and marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for researching on competitors’ products and services, pricing, etc.

Job Purpose:

Position & Sell Products and services to Telecom Operators around IMS/VoLTE Core, 5G, STP/DRA, Digital VAS, Roaming Management Products & Services, OSS/BSS, IoT, Payment Solutions, Security & Assurance etc. Candidates with prior experience of at least 2+ years as Sales / Account Executive in the Telecommunication industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to approach the untapped market opportunities.
Actively generate new sales leads, successful negotiation and closing skills, and fostering customer relationships prospect and close new sales leads through solution-selling to commercial customers.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and meeting them in person to evaluate their business needs and to promote products and services.
Assist the Sales Director in post-sales relationship/account management.
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, CRM software, referrals, participating in networking events such as organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Emphasize product features based on analysis of customer’s needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
Prepare sales presentations; demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products.
Meet sales and activity performance goals, including weekly pipeline report by opportunity.
Prepare reports and communicate monthly summary of wins, losses, inhibitors, and net-new opportunities.
Establish responsive business relationship with clients & support the management in meeting client expectations.
Challenger Sale – challenge the status quo, inspire customer to a bolder vision and increase the velocity of shift to digital; Address short, mid and long-term time horizons; Work with Telco customer and all key stakeholders to create buy-in and joint ownership of transformation strategy and execution plan.
Accountable for all sales, marketing and account management related social media posts, advertisement and innovative tools to stand apart in sales strategy.
Continual education on new and existing products and services.
Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and methods for promoting, demonstrating and selling products and services- including but not limited to prospecting, negotiating, and closing techniques, marketing strategies, product presentations, and sales control systems.
Client focused with strong organizational and management skills.
Passionate, self-motivated and quick learner
Time management and efficiency skills.
Quick judgment and excellent problem-solving skills- identify, evaluate and implement solutions to complex problem

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field and MBA will be added advantage
Minimum 2-4 years of sales or account management experience in telecommunication/IT
Successful track record of achieving significant growth within the organization.
Language proficiency in English, Arabic and French (Both verbal & written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, word, and power points
Open to travel
