We are looking for an independent and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join us in Dubai, UAE.

About The Job

Your main purpose is to support our sales team as sales back up and provide excellent customer service to our clients contacting the office.

Some of your main tasks will include:

Handle projects from inception to completion in close collaboration with our sales team
Assisting clients’ requests on the phone, e-mail and occasionally in our showroom
Prepare sample selections to clients and process sample requests
Create quotations and sales contracts, ultimately assisting sales to achieve sales target
Support in implementation of payment plan, handle letter of credit and bank guarantee in collaboration with our finance team in HQ
Order processing, from receipt of order to delivery, invoicing, preparing shipments in cooperation with our HQ in Denmark and from Maharam in USA
Follow up invoicing and payment issues with customers
Project registration and maintenance in D365
Administrative support of the sales team among others CRM maintenance in D365
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Competencies

As a person, organized and structured are the first words that come to mind. You are service-minded and detail-oriented, and you have excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally you have experience with customer service and have professional communication skills – especially high level of English in speech and writing, as our corporate language is English. Experience in MS Word & Excel required, experience with D365 is an advantage.

You have a Bachelor degree and have a minimum of 2 years related experience, ideally from similar position on Dubai. You have a positive mind-set, you are proactive, honest and open-minded. Finally, you have a strong sense of responsibility, and you are a good team player. Preferably you are able to join the team immediately.

Furthermore, you have:

Demonstrated customer service skills
Able to communicate clearly at all levels internally and externally
A high level of diplomacy when dealing with confidential information
Ability to set priorities and re-focus as tasks are added with competing deadlines
The ability and willingness to embrace change as the company evolves
Data Entry – speed and accuracy
Ability to use and maintain a CRM (D365)
