Logistic back-office sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and energetic logistics & back-end sales coordinator to manage all aspects of sales logistics throughout our trade chain and help sales team co ordinating with Buyers. The candidate is required to have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. The profile requires the candidate to be a multi tasker and detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives and coordinating sales activities.

It is extremely important for the candidate to have experience in handling multi-clients and have the ability to maintain good customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Handling orders by phone or email and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
Reflecting ability in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed
Qualifications

Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
4+ years of experience in logistics management required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
