Sales Consultant – Luxury Cars

official dealer of a leading luxury car brand is looking for a Sales Consultant for it’s showroom in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:

-Understand the current car market and the tools that drive the business.

-Navigate effectively in all aspects of a luxury car sales management environment.

-Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers

-Maintaining the company’s image to the highest standards, ensuring that the showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times.

-Responsible for stock management.

-Ensure that the customers are extended the highest levels of customer service at

all times, deal promptly with customer complaints and provide accurate advice based on customer’s preference.

-Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, inventory, features, accessories, advertising, etc. and being able to provide thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.

-Exceed showroom sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.

-Develop and extend the customer account base through initiatives.

-Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports covering the objectives set, results achieved, and the sales forecasts.

-Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper, referrals, etc.) .

-Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models.

-Work with seniors to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.

-Demonstrating vehicles, including going on test drives.

-Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer needs.

-Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches.

-Keeps abreast of current car market.

-Manage all aspects of the showroom sales process and customer experience.

-Capture and manage customer data.

-Maintains a follow-up system that encourages prospect, repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

-Arabic speaker.

-Minimum 3 years of luxury car sales experience in Abu Dhabi.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Experience in showroom sales.

-Excellent contacts/network with HNI/UHNI/HNW individuals/customers.
