We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Promoter (Soft Service) to join our team. As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our soft services including Manpower Outsourcing, Cleaning, Landscaping, HVAC, MEP, Security and Pest Control.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for soft services
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote customer loyalty and retention
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that service delivery meets client expectations
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the soft services industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed
