JOB SUMMARY

The Grain Manager, Feed & Food Products. Trade, manage, assists and positions, in the procurement, sales, logistics, and management. They will assist in building footprint across African Continent as a global leader in the Specialty Grain marketplace.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Build solid and trusting relationships with African grain producers for Food & Feed Markets in and throughout the African continent.
Manage all facets of the trade from grain procurement, logistics to and from destinations, setup and management of cleaning facilities, and customer service.
Monitor markets for opportunities to buy and sell grain.
Work with growers and the trading team to ensure proper risk management.
Execute trading transactions and contracts in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.
Partner with operations and accounting staff to ensure accurate settlements and invoicing.
Arrange on-farm visits and attend trade shows and conferences on behalf of the company.
Work with Origination teams in other countries.
Manages logistics for purchases/processing/cleaning schedules, and customer deliveries.
Locate and manage cleaning/processing facility agreements.
Responsible for Grain Positions.
Strategize with Senior Management on direction of the program.
Entrepreneurial Skills.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
