Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Meet sales goals
• Customers satisfaction on high level of excellent service
• To Maintain and Manage the store condition, visual merchandising standards and compliance of the store policies.
• Report to management on customer needs, satisfactions and recommendations that can help the store more productive and increase of market sales.
• Deal with all issues that arise from customers, and complaints.
• Be responsible, well behave, respectful and high performance to the people going inside the store.
• Additional duties as a store manager when is needed.
• Have experience in Fashion world, retail and store management, policies, regulations and procedures on any Mall Management.
• Good communications and should be fluent in English and Russian language.
