As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers
Assist customers with product selection and provide styling recommendations
Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are maintained
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty
Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
Assist with visual merchandising and window displays
Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives
Qualifications
Prior retail or customer service experience in the fashion industry preferred
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and team player mentality
