Real Estate Consultants are the key point of contact between a seller/developer and buyers/investors: offering investment advice, introducing new projects, guiding their purchasing decisions, managing their portfolios and negotiating the best deals on the Dubai real estate market.

Networking is a key skill and confidence is a must in order to communicate and generate leads.

You will be working from our head office based in the iconic Dubai Marina prospecting for new clients and building on new professional relationships and working across Dubai actively selling prime real estate.

All sales transactions are compliant with all DLD (Dubai Land Department) procedures.

Full Training on the job will be offered and ongoing support to guide your career progression.

Main Responsibilities

-Maintaining KPI’s set by Directors of the company

-Reporting to Team Leader

-Understanding the sales process in line with company policies and DLD regulations

-Meeting the standards of the company

-Prospecting new business through cash calling/emailing our existing databases

-taking initiative on networking and utilizing Provident tools

-Managing client base and recording all details on company CRM

-High Levels of Customer Service

-Networking

-Maintaining a Focused approach

-Qualifying new leads

-Conducting viewings

-Negotiating and finalizing deals

-Building and maintaining relationships with clients through consistent follow up, and regular meetings

-promoting listings with ads, listings and open houses

-Attending and passing the full initial 2 week training

-Attending all meetings and trainings set by the company throughout career

-Working with all departments of the company
