Account Manager
· Experience in IT sales in the UAE market
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
· Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
· Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
· Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
· Forecast and track key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
· Prepare reports on account status
· Bachelor’s degree
· 10-15 years of technology sales
· Valid UAE driver’s license
· Excellent in English speaking, reading, and writing
· Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes.
