Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling iT contracts and marketing services to businesses and organizations. You will prospect for new clients, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and close sales to meet or exceed your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and keep them engaged with the company’s products or services

· Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and provide them with customized solutions to meet their needs

· Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas for iT contracts and marketing services

· Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and after the sale is completed

· Continuously stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors to improve sales strategies and techniques

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in iT or marketing services

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, iT, or related field is preferred but not required

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position, and your earning potential is limitless. The more sales you generate, the more commission you earn. We offer competitive commission rates, as well as bonuses and incentives for exceeding sales targets.
