We are looking for an experienced Interior Design Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design team and will have a strong knowledge of 5-star hotel design and specifications.
Responsibilities:
Manage the design team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure that their design requirements are met.
Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for the company.
Provide guidance and support to the design team, including mentoring and training.
Ensure that all designs meet the necessary safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience in interior design, with a strong background in 5-star hotel design.
A portfolio of previous work that demonstrates your design skills and experience.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design software.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Please note that this job is only open to Interior Designers with 8+ years of experience. If you are an architect with experience as an architect only, please do not apply.
