Customer Service Representative

Vivalux Homes is looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative & Property Listing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in holiday homes management and be able to handle clients professionally, efficiently and with great care.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries, bookings and complaints via phone, email and in-person communication.
Assist customers with all aspects of their booking process, from initial inquiry to check-out.
Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and property inspections with clients and property owners.
Ensure that all properties are listed accurately and up-to-date on various booking platforms, such as Property Finder, Airbnb, Dubizzle, Booking.com, Agoda and Bayut.
Maintain an up-to-date calendar and pricing system for all properties.
Ensure that all guests are provided with detailed and accurate information about the property, including check-in instructions, rules and regulations, and emergency contact information.
Resolve any guest issues promptly and efficiently, and escalate to the management team as needed.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in holiday homes management or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with various booking platforms, such as Property Finder, Airbnb, Dubizzle, Booking.com, Agoda and Bayut.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE driving license is preferred.
