We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join us with the mission execute corporate strategic plan, focusing on the expansion of customer segments across the GCC, business partnerships, managing the process of Company’s digitization, and be instrumental in creating a strategic plan for evaluation, creation, and managing revenue streams of the Company.

The Commercial Director must be strategic but also show a hands-on approach and an operational management style on all business aspects.

Responsibilities

· The Commercial Director sets and implements the Commercial, Distribution & Retail (omnichannel) Strategy in accordance with the strategic direction of the Company. Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability of the market performance and evaluating brands performance.

· Commercial Director, in conjunction with Head of Sales, is responsible of building and maintaining excellent relations with key retail / pharma / professional segment clients and sub-distributors in the GCC, and responsible for sales objective achievement and omnichannel strategies.

· Responsible for pricing structure strategies and commercial agreements terms of the Company across all verticals: distribution and online.

· Evaluate additional revenue stream growth opportunities for the Company and presenting them in quantitative and qualitative presentations to the Company’s Stakeholders.

Define the yearly strategic plan and 3-years roadmap for Company’s verticals, Distribution and Retail (digital / physical)
Prepare, with Finance team, the yearly budget
Monitor the yearly budget and control expenditure to ensure optimal use, including insuring a healthy stock action plan
Formulate and communicate the performance objectives and continuously monitor progress, and propose corrective actions accordingly
Supervise and approve teams’ and clients’ Incentive Schemes Structure.
Oversee purchasing plan for company’s verticals, approve or amend as per evaluations.
Oversee Company’s digitization strategies (from inception to execution).
Participate in Commercial negotiations i.e. trade pricing, costs share, and if applicable – location and new door opening with involvement of concerned departments (Sales, E-commerce etc).
Represent the Company in any Finance / Commerce related events and presentations.
· Monitor the revenue streams, pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth

· Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way

Qualifications

· 10 or more-year experience in Commercial, Retail / Distribution leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth

· Proven track record of growing revenue through new-business development, and partnerships

In-depth GCC beauty / personal care market knowledge (distribution, retail, customers, competition, etc)
BA Degree or equivalent
Fluent in English; Arabic a plus
Strategic with excellent commercial acumen, P & L supervision skills
Entrepreneurial spirit, positive and fighter attitude
Strong leadership, team coaching and management skills
Strong communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills
Dynamic, ambitious, results-oriented (top and bottom lines)
