MEP Project Manager

Urgently hiring MEP Project Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE with below criteria:

Job Description:
– Having strong and influential relationships with clients and consultants in the buildings construction industry
– Evaluate and estimate the budget and cost of MEP works in both projects.
– Hands-on experience with authorities’ regulations and procedures to be followed during the business cycle.
– Supervise the execution of MEP works and coordinate with civil works during construction.
– Follow up and review the ongoing MEP design activities.

Job Requirements:
– 10 to 15 years of experience in UAE in building/industrial contracting sector
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Major: Electrical/ Mechanical
– Approved engineer from related authorities in Abu Dhabi/Dubai
– Driving license and capable of commuting between projects
– Availability: immediate.
– Salary: TBD based on interview performance and qualifications
